CSR
CSR Activity At Monsher
At Monsher, we encourage, empower, and engage in a spectrum of CSR activities that align with the vision to promote societal well-being. We partake and proactively engage in a host of activities that empower the underprivileged sections of society that deserve basic human needs. This includes
Spreading Awareness About Fire & Safety
Fire safety shouldn’t be a privilege but a basic safety necessity. In a bid to spread much-needed awareness, we actively engage in awareness measures via social media to educate people. We use our social media handle to make posts & videos that aim to educate and empower people about fire hazards, possible solutions, tips, tricks, and more.
A step towards making the world fire-safe!
We actively provide free fire safety products such as fire extinguishers in schools and school buses to ensure children experience education in a safe environment that is prepared for eventualities such as fire.
Empowering Specially-Abled
At Monsher, we lay emphasis on giving equal opportunity to specially-abled people. In collaboration with trusted NGOs, we empower such individuals with skills that can help them adapt to the corporate world and become independent individuals. Our activities include
- Creating Job Profiles & resumes that highlight their skills
- Training individuals and getting them job-ready
- Liaising skilled individuals with employers looking for those skills
- Empowering individuals with unique abilities to upskill themselves
- Basic Skills Jobs
Empowering those from the specially-abled category and training them with basic packaging and dispatch jobs. This ensures that they work in safe work environments with jobs that are easy for them to adapt to.
- Festive Program
In support of the TATA cancer program at KEM, we actively create fun experiences for children suffering from cancer to brighten up festivals for them. We celebrated festivals with fun & fairs, decorations, meals, and treats for over 300+ kids in a bid to make a few hours of their lives fun, joyous, and normal. Helping them have normal festive experiences despite their current conditions.
- Meal Programs
In collaboration with ISCKON, we feed around 150 kids on a voluntary basis. To make nutritious meals accessible to those who need them the most, we also facilitate meal programs for children suffering from cancer.
At Monsher, we aim to continue to impact the lives of those around us and make society a better, more compassionate place to live in.
